Privacy policy
What details we receive when you enquire about a space, what we use them for and how you can ask us to change or delete them.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Circuito de Buenos Aires S.A. (“Hostel”), owner of this website. For any question about your data, write to hola@hostelcrew.com.ar.
What data we receive
The details you fill in on the enquiry form: name, email, phone, company, type of event, estimated date, number of guests, time of day and anything else you want to tell us.
Along with the enquiry we record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details (UTM parameters and click identifier). We do not receive or ask for sensitive data.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, send you availability and proposals, arrange visits and follow up on the event commercially.
We also use the source of the enquiry to learn which campaigns work. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
With providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries: the service that delivers the form by email, the site's hosting and, once active, measurement and advertising tools such as Google and Meta. They only access what they need to provide their service.
Some of these providers may process data outside Argentina, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial relationship linked to your enquiry lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal obligations or resolve claims.
Cookies and browser storage
During your visit only, the site stores in your browser the campaign you arrived from, to link it to your enquiry. If measurement tools are added in the future, they may use their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to hola@hostelcrew.com.ar. We will reply within the terms of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
